At KUGOO, we stand by the quality of our electric scooters and want you to ride with confidence. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return your item within 14 days of delivery in its original, unused condition.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our support team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Pack Your Scooter

  Securely place the scooter and all original accessories, including the charger and manual, into the original factory packaging to prevent transit damage.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided shipping label to the box and drop it off at the designated carrier location; please ensure you retain your tracking receipt.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the scooter's condition, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
